The Columbia Gardens Urban Wine & Artisan Village in Kennewick, WA. is envisioned as a place to sample local wines and meet with friends — a place to explore public art and view stunning sunsets; to discover aquatic wildlife and walk, bike, or push a stroller alongside a peaceful nature pond.

It’s a place where food trucks and specialty shops, wineries and breweries, distilleries and tasting rooms, bistros, restaurants, and retail will combine with culinary training and waterfront residential to create a vibrant destination neighborhood.

Palencia/Monarcha Winery and Bartholomew Winery have already opened successful production facilities and tasting rooms at the wine village. Construction of a shared parking lot, loop roadway, utilities, sidewalks, landscaping, artwork, and the food truck plaza is complete.

Cave B Estate Winery and Gordon Estate Winery plan to open tasting rooms in 2019. And a city-owned, pre-treatment facility manages wine production waste-water onsite.

A limited number of parcels are now available for sale or ground lease to the private sector. Shared parking lots have been created to foster maximum development. Onsite utilities include water, sewer, electric, natural gas, and telecommunications.

Buildable lots are zoned Urban Mixed Use and located within a federally-designated “Opportunity Zone” offering U.S. Treasury/IRS investment incentives.
